Capacity

Knit : 1000000 pcs / Month.
Woven : 200000 pcs. / Month. &

We can source more than this capacity prior to confirm at least 3 month before the plan.

Production Lead time

Knit 60 days from received the L/C.
Woven 120 days from received the L/C.
Sweater 90-120 days from received the L/C.
For the repeat orders, we need 45 days lead time or it is negotiable during the order placement time.

Production follow up

We have a good set up to execute the order properly and ensuring the on time delivery with good quality. Production is followed-up daily by our qualified team of Merchandisers who carefully take care the status of raw materials, accessories, knitting, dyeing, sewing etc. Quality team followed-up the production at factory ground and ensure the quality and they communicate with the merchandising team for each and every issues.

Minimum order quantity:

We offer to our clients to place minimum order quantities of 5000 pcs/style or 800 pcs/color. For the biggest order quantities we can offer more competitive prices.

Quality:

Quality comes first. As a client you have the right to expect high quality garments. BD Fashion Sourcing will ensure the quality and committed to achieve satisfactory level of the client. BD Fashion Sourcing ensure the quality of first lot of fabric of every new order which is tested at their in-house facilities or some times from SGS, ITS for more confirmation. Once approved the fabrics, factory may proceed with cutting. After pilot run assessment BD Fashion Sourcing given permission to run the bulk production means we ensure the quality from 1st pieces of product. Once completed the production, BD Fashion Sourcing quality team will conduct a final audit. Before shipment we will send a final audit report to our client. In case of nominated audit team, BD Fashion Sourcing team can cooperate with them as their requirement. We will send production samples before shipment for the final approval of our client. Which samples collect from the first lot of production and submitted to the client immediately.

MANAGING :

FASHION SOURCING BD. monitors manufacturing manually and technically, from the yarn weaving, yarn stages to finish product, on site in order to closely track your production to ensure that it adheres to your standards and schedule and keep you regularly updated with your production. We identify any risk factors in the production of garments and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. We hold production meetings with the production staff before launching bulk production to ensure that all comments given prior to production approval will be implemented in production and that all possible problems are discussed and corrective measures are implemented during production

Logistics

BD Fashion Sourcing is able to provide a service from factory to your store in case of logistics. We carefully selected a world class freight forwarder and they are able to provide you a good service. Also BD Fashion Sourcing will cooperate with any nominated freight forwarder of our client. Our logistic staff will monitor the ex-factory of goods to the Chittagong Port. They will closely follow-up both with the freight forwarders and the factory team to ensure that goods are delivered properly.

Payment

Letter of Credits ( L/C ) at sight. But after build-up the relationship with our clients, we may select the convenient payment method as per both parities convenience.
